How do I read
my report?
Four steps from notification to clarity — no medical degree required.
Receive your notification
An SMS arrives when your pathologist signs off the report — typically within the turnaround window for your test category.
Critical values are called directly to your physician within 15 minutes of detection.
Log in to the patient portal
Use the link in your SMS or visit pathhub.care/portal. Your date of birth is your default PIN — change it on first login.
Results are encrypted and stored for 7 years. Download as PDF at any time.
Read the reference ranges
Every value displays beside its reference interval. Values outside range are highlighted in amber (borderline) or red (action required).
Reference ranges are age- and sex-adjusted for your demographic profile.
Review the pathologist's note
Each report includes a plain-language summary from our pathologist — not just numbers, but what they mean in clinical context.
Flagged results include a recommended follow-up action and the pathologist's direct extension.
